The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default

The system displays the following field in the “Standard Procedure Details” group box:

SP Applicability

 

Indicates whether the standard procedure is applicable for “Aircraft”, “Engine” or “Component”.

Base Aircraft Model #

The number identifying the base aircraft model on which the standard procedure can be performed.

Std. Procedure #

The standard procedure selected in the main page, for which the details are being viewed.

Status

The status of the standard procedure, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Std. Procedure Description

The description of the standard procedure.

Zoom facility available

Long Description

The long description of the standard procedure

SP Type

The type of the standard procedure.

ATA #

The ATA chapter number to which the standard procedure is associated.

Operations Type

The operation type of the maintenance activity.

Work Center #

The number identifying the work center primarily responsible for executing the work unit.

MPD Item #

The Maintenance Planning Document item number of the standard procedure.

The system displays the following fields in the “Revision Details” group box:

Revision #

The revision number for the standard procedure.

Revision Date

The date on which the standard procedure is revised.

Revision Comments

Any other remarks pertaining to the revision of the standard procedure.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following fields in the “Additional Information” group box:

Est. Elapsed Time

The total time estimated for executing the standard procedure. The estimated elapsed time also includes time required for performing pre-execution or post-execution activities.

 

The unit of measurement for the time allotted for the standard procedure, which could be “Minutes”, “Hours” or “Days”, is displayed alongside.

Est. Man Hrs.

The total man-hours estimated for the “skill” type resources to execute the standard procedure.

Wrench Time

The total time estimated for the actual execution of the standard procedure.

Ideal Time

The ideal time recommended by the OEMs for the completion of the standard procedure.

The system displays the following fields in the “Task Details” multiline:

Seq #

The sequence in which the task has to be performed in the standard procedure.

Task #

The task included in the standard procedure.

  • Click the hyperlinked task number in the multiline, to view the task information.

Task Description

The textual description entered for the task with the latest revision date is displayed here.

Time Unit

The unit of measurement for the time estimated for completing the task.

Est. Elapsed Time

The time estimated to complete the task. The estimated elapsed time also includes time required for performing pre-execution or post-execution activities.

Starting Day

The starting day for each task in the standard procedure.

MPD Item #

The Maintenance Planning Document item number of the task.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reference Document Information” group box:

Ref. Document No. 1

The reference document that you wish to attach to the standard procedure.

File Name 1

The name of the file that contains the reference document.

  • Select the "View File" link alongside to view the file details.

The system displays the following fields:

Ref. Document No. 2

The reference document that you wish to attach to the standard procedure.

File Name 2

The name of the file that contains the reference document.

The system displays the following fields:

Link Flag

Indicates whether part or resource details are identified for the standard procedure. The system displays one of the following:

 

  • P/R – if both part and resource details are available.

 

  • R – if resource details are available

 

  • P/R – if both part and resource details are available.

Model Effectivity

The system displays either “All” or “Restricted” depending on the association of aircraft models to the standard procedure.

 

  • All – If models have not been associated to the standard procedure. This indicates that the standard procedure is applicable for all the aircraft models

 

  • Restricted – If models have been associated to the standard procedure. This indicates that the standard procedure is applicable only for the specified models.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created by

The name of the user who created the standard procedure.

Created Date

The date on which the standard procedure was created.

Last Modified by

The name of the user who modified the standard procedure.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the standard procedure was last modified.

Comments

Any additional comments or remarks pertaining to the standard procedure.

View standard procedure - A summary of the activity

You can view the details of the selected standard procedure in this page. Details of the selected standard procedure, such as the aircraft model/component effectivity, standard procedure status, description, type and the tasks that are included in the standard procedure can be viewed.

The system also indicates whether parts and resources are defined for the standard procedure.
