The “View Customer Effectivity” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Unit Details” group box:

Work Unit Type

The type of the work unit.

Aircraft Model #

The number identifying the aircraft model associated to the work unit.

Work Unit #

The number identifying the work unit.

Revision #

The revision number of the work unit.

Work Unit Description

The textual description of the work unit.

Applicability

The applicability of the work unit, which could be “Aircraft” or “Component”. The system displays “Aircraft” if the “Work Unit Type” is “Aircraft Work Package” and the system displays “Component” if the “Work Unit Type” is “Component Work Package”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Task Card Details” multiline:

The system retrieves the customer task card details from the “Edit Customer Task Master List” activity of the “Customer” business component.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Customer Task Card #

The number identifying the customer task card that represents the work unit.

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Remarks

Any additional comments pertaining to the customer.

Customer Task Card File Name

Viewing customer effectivity details for the task – An overview

Maintenance Task -  Overview

This page allows you to view the customer effectivity details for the task. You can view the customer task card details mapped to the corresponding internal work unit number; work unit type, revision number and aircraft model combination. The customer task card details such as customer number, customer name, customer task card number, task description, remarks and customer task card file name are displayed in the multiline.
