This page allows you to retrieve the details of the tasks that are already defined. You can carry out the search using the task number, its description, category, applicability, type and organizational unit description. Details such as organizational unit description, task number, task description, revision number, status, task applicability, task category and task type are displayed.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Click the "Primary Search Criteria" tab to enter the primary search criteria details.
Click the "Additional Search Criteria" tab to enter the additional search criteria details.
Click the "Periodicity Based Search Criteria" tab to enter the periodicity based search criteria.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
If the “Part #” field is entered, while retrieving tasks for “Engine” and “Component”, the system retrieves only those tasks for which part number is defined as “Effective Part”.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:
The system retrieves the tasks in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the specified “Primary Search Criteria”, “Additional Search Criteria” and “Periodicity Based Search Criteria”.

The task revision number that helps in tracing the changes made to the task. |
Task Description |
The description of the task. |
Task Category |
The category of the task |
Base Aircraft Model # |
The number of the base aircraft model identified for the task. |
ATA # |
The ATA chapter number to which the task belongs. |
Primary Task # |
The task related to the task that is retrieved. |
Task Type |
The type of the task, which could be “MPD”, “CMM”, “MOD”, Non-Routine”, “Others” or all "Active" quick codes with quick code type as "Task Type". |
Operations Type |
The operation type of the maintenance activity. |
Task Applicability |
Indicates whether the task is applicable for the “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”. |
Customer Task Card # |
The number identifying the customer task card. |
Customer # |
The number identifying the customer. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
Note: The system leaves the “Customer Task Card #”, “Customer #” and “Customer Name” fields blank, if the “Display Option” is set to “Internal Work Unit Wise”. If the “Display Option” is Customer Task Card Wise”, then the system retrieves the “Customer Task Card #”, “Customer #” and “Customer Name”, for the work unit number and work unit type combination from the “Edit Customer Task Master List” activity of the “Customer” business component. |

The number identifying the work center. |
MPD Item # |
The Maintenance Planning Document item number of the task. |
Est. Elapsed Time |
The total time estimated for completing the task (Time format). |
Time Unit |
The unit of measurement for the time allotted for the task. |
Status |
The status of the task, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Task Class |
The system displays “Non-Standard Task” or “Standard Task”, to indicate the class of the task. |
Org. Unit # |
The organizational unit in which the task is defined. |
Org. Unit Name |
The description of the organizational unit in which the task is defined. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the task.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
