This tab allows you to enter the additional Search Criteria for the task numbers.

Task Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the task you want to retrieve in the multiline. The drop-down list box displays the following.

  • “MPD", "CMM", "MOD", "Non-Routine" and "Others"

  •  All “Active” quick codes with quick code type as “Task Type”.

The system retrieves all the tasks that are of the type specified here. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve details of tasks irrespective of their type. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Operations Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the operation type of the maintenance activity. The system lists the following options:

  • “Flight Ops” – Select this option if the maintenance activity is performed during flight operations.

  • “Repair Station” – Select this option if the maintenance activity is performed at repair station.

The system retrieves all the tasks for the operation type selected here.

Task Class

Use the drop-down list box to select the task class. The system lists the options “Non-Standard Task” and “Standard Task”. The system displays “Standard Task” by default. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve details of tasks irrespective of their class.

Related Task #

The task related to the task that is currently being searched for (Alphanumeric, 30). This task number must have already been defined in the system. You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the tasks for the related task specified here.

Exec. Phase

Use the drop-down list box to select the execution phase of the task. The system lists the following options:

  • "Preparatory" - Select this option, if the task must be performed as a part of preliminary activities before aircraft is grounded for maintenance.

  • "Regular" - Select this option, if the task must be performed as a part of normal maintenance activities carried out in hangar.

  • "Post Flight" - Select this option, if the task must be performed as a part of post test flight activities.

  • In addition to the above, the drop-own list box displays all quick codes defined under the quick code type “Exe. Phase”, which are in Active status.

The system sets this field to “Regular” by default.

The system retrieves all the tasks applicable for the execution phase selected here.

MPD Item #

The Maintenance Planning Document item number of the task (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the tasks associated to the MPD item number entered here.

Customer Task Card #

The number identifying the customer task card (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the customer task card number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the tasks associated to the customer task card number specified here.

Search On

Use the drop-down list box to select the task attribute for finding the related tasks of a primary task. The drop-down list box displays the following: Primary Task # and Primary Task Description.

Specify the task # in the input box alongside, if you have selected Primary Task # in the drop-down list box. Similarly, provide the task description, if you have selected Primary Task Description in the drop-down list box.

The system retrieves all the related tasks of a primary task with task # or description similar to task # or description that you specify.

Customer Name

The name of the customer (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the customer name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the tasks associated to the customer name specified here.

Relationship

Use the first drop-down list box to select the type of relationship, the related tasks you want to find share with the primary task. The drop-down list box displays the following: Planning and Execution.

Select the relationship that the related tasks share with the primary task in the second drop-own list box. This drop-down list box displays the following:

  • “Block Schedule”, if you have selected “Planning” in the first drop-down list box.

  • “Concurrent Exe. – Group”, “Concurrent Exe. – Specific”, “Concurrent Exe. –Conditional”, “Predecessor Constrained” and “Conflict”, if you have selected “Execution” in the first drop-down list box.

The system retrieves all related tasks sharing the relationship with primary tasks, which you specify here.
