Recording reference document information

This page allows you to record the reference document details.
Select the “Reference Document Info” tab page to record the reference document details
The system displays the following in the “Reference Document Details” group box:

Issue # |
The number identifying the stock transfer issue based on which the material loss is to be created. |
|
Issue Date |
The issue date of the stock transfer issue document |
|
Created At |
The organization unit from where the stock transfer is made. |
|
From Stocking Point |
The location from where the stock is issued. |
|
Issue Warehouse # |
The number identifying the warehouse from which the parts were issued |
|
Trading Partner Type |
The trading partner for the stock transfer, which could be “Supplier” or“ Customer”. The system does not display any value if the part are internal-owned |
|
Trading Partner # |
The unique code identifying the supplier or customer. |
|
Trading Partner Name |
The name of the supplier or customer. |
Click the hyperlinked “Issue #”, to view the stock transfer issue details.
