Defining alert value

Select the “Alert Value” tab in the "Set MTBUR Levels for Parts" page.
Enter the following in the multiline.

Part # |
The identification number of the part for which you want to set the alert value (Alphanumeric, 40). The part you specify must be valid with an Active status as defined in the Part Administration component. Help facility available |
The system displays the following details of the specified part.

Part Description |
The short description of the part. |
|
Part Type |
The type of the part, such as component or tool. |
|
Part Group |
The group to which the part belongs. |
Enter the following.
|
Alert Value (FH) |
The alert value for the part in flight hours (Alphanumeric, 15). |

Remarks |
Any comments on the alert value set for the part. |
The system displays the following details
|
Created By |
The employee code of the login user who created the part record. |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the part record was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The employee code of the login user who most recently modified the part record. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the part was most recently modified. |
To proceed
Select the "Support Agreement" tab to record support agreement details for the part.
Select the “Watch List" tab to add parts to the Watch List.
