Sender Name	The name of the sender.
Ship From Address	The address of the sender.
City	The name of the city of the sender.
State	The name of the state of the sender.
Country	The name of the country of the sender.
Zip Code	The zip code of the sender.

The system displays the following in the ”Contact Info” group box:

Shipping Contact	The name of the contact person.
Contact Fax #	The fax number of the contact person.
Contact Phone # / Fax #	The phone number / fax number of the contact person.
Extn.	The telephone extension number of the contact person.
Mobile #	The mobile number of the contact person.
Email	The e-mail id of the contact person.
