Apart from the basic factors that decide the allocation such as Need Date, Ref. Doc details, MR priority and part attributes, the necessity of considering other parameters that are specific to a Customer/Sale Contract/Pool is also required for allocation of parts. The parts are allocated to the Material Request based on the Allocation Rules set at the Pool/Contract/Customer level. The “Review Allocation Details” pop-up enables the user to view the compliance of the Rule parameters of Allocation Rule for various Parts serials in addition to the serials that are allocated to the Material Request based on the Allocation Rules.
Select the “Allocation Rule Compliance?” field in the multiline of the “Edit Storage Information” page.
The “Review Allocation Details” page appears.
The system displays the following in the "Issue Details" section:
Issue # |
The number identifying the issue document of the part for which the allocation details are reviewed. |
Enter the following field:
Line # |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the line number of the issue document. The system lists all the line # of the issue document along with the value "All". |
The system displays the following fields in the "Part-Serial/Lot Details" section:

The number identifying the part for which the allocation details are reviewed. |

Serial #/Lot # |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the serial number/Lot # of the part for which the allocation details are reviewed. The system lists all the serial #/Lot # of the part. |

The manufacturer serial number/manufacturer lot number of the part for which the allocation details are reviewed. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Rule Details” section:
Rule ID |
The Rule ID identifying the stock allocation details. |

Rule Value |
The Rule value which is the concatenation of the Rule parameter, relational operator and parameter value defined in the “Allocation Rule” pop-up. Example: Component TSN>500 AND (Component Condition = New OR Certificate Age (Years)>=5) |

The allocation parameter of the part defined in the Rule ID. |

The actual value for the allocation parameter of the part. |

Indicates whether the specific Part Serial/Lot is complied with the Allocation Rules completely. |
Viewing storage information details – An overview
In this page you can view the additional information entered for the parts issue document. You can view the details such as the issue number, status, warehouse and its description. The line numbers that are generated for the line items are listed by the system. You can select one of the line numbers and view the zone, bin, serial number and lot number details.
Details such as the zone and bin from where the parts are issued, the lot number, the serial number, the condition of the parts and the quantity of the parts issued are displayed in the multiline.
