Edit  Issue – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify the details of the all the issues that have been already created. You can select the issue document to be modified in the “Select Issue Document” page. The “Edit Issue” page allows you to modify the details of the parts issue document. In the “Edit Storage information” page, you can modify the storage details of the parts, entered for the issue.

Modify expendables issue

The  issue details that are already defined can be modified. You can select the issue document and modify the details.

• Go to “Select issue Document” page to select the issue document for modifying the details.

• Go to “Edit Issue” page to modify the issue document details.

Modify warehouse and part details

The warehouse and part quantity details that are already defined for the issue document can be modified.

• Go to “Edit Storage Information” page to modify the zone and bin and the part details (serial controlled or lot controlled, quantity) for the parts issue.

View warehouse stock information

The information regarding the availability of the stock at the serial number - lot number level in the warehouse can be viewed.

• Go to “Warehouse Stock Information” page to view the warehouse stock details.

View stock availability for requested part and the substitute part

You can view the stock balance details for the requested part and the substitute part.

• Use the “Inquire Stock Availability” and “Inquire Stock Availability Substitute Parts” page to view the stock availability  for the requested part and its substitute part.
