Create Unplanned Issue – A summary of the activity
Unplanned issues refer to parts issued from a warehouse without reference documents such as the Work Order or repair order or Stock transfer or Material request. It could probably have an inter-office memo as the reference document. These parts are issued in unforeseen crises.
This activity allows you to create issue in unforeseen circumstances. The issue document records the issue of the required quantity of the parts from the warehouse.

Create and subsequently edit the unplanned issue document
