Edit Engineering Service Request – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify a selected Engineering Service Request (ESR). The details of the ESR can be modified only if the ESR is in the “Fresh” status. This activity also allows you to confirm the modified ESR. The status of the ESR is then updated to “Confirmed”. You can also cancel the selected ESR.

The “Select Engg Service  Request” page allows you to search and select an ES Request for modification. The “Edit Engg Service Request” page allows you to modify the details of the selected ESR.
