This page enables you to view the details of the PI plan selected in the previous page.  Tell me more

The “View Physical Inventory Plan” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Plan Information” group box:

PI Plan #

The number identifying the PI plan.

Status

The status of the PI plan, which could be “Draft", "Confirmed", "Short Closed", "Cancelled" or "Closed".

PI Plan Description

The textual description of the PI plan.

User Status

The user status of the selected PI plan.

Plan Level

The PI plan level, which could be “Warehouse” or “Warehouse – Zone”.

Plan Category

The category to which the PI plan belongs.

Planned By

The name of the user who created PI plan.

Warehouse #

The warehouse for which the physical inventory plan was generated.

Warehouse Description

The textual description of the warehouse.

WH – Zone #

The number that identifies the zone in which the parts are stored.

Zone Description

The textual description of the zone.

Schedule From

The starting date of PI plan.

Schedule To

The ending date of PI plan.

From  Value

The starting value in the range  of the part values.

To  Value

The ending value in the range  of the part values.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The name of the user who created the PI plan.

Created Date

The date on which the PI plan was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the PI plan.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the PI plan was last modified.

View Physical Inventory Plan - A summary of the activity

This page enables you to view the details of the PI plan selected in the previous page. You can view the PI plan number, plan status, description, plan level and the planner name. You can also view the warehouse for which the PI plan was generated, warehouse description, zone in which the part was stored, zone description and the range of the schedule dates.
