Viewing tag history of the physical inventory plan

This page allows you to view the history of tags generated or regenerated in a plan. The part details such as the part number and description, the old and new tag number, zone number, zone description and the bin number are displayed in the multiline.

Select the “View Tag History” link in the “View Physical Inventory Plan” or “Select Physical Inventory Plan” page.

The “View Tag History” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Plan Details” group box:

PI Plan #	The PI plan for which you wish to view the tags generated.
Plan Description	The textual description of the plan.
Warehouse #	The warehouse for which the PI plan was created.
Warehouse Description	The textual description of the warehouse.

The system displays the following fields in the “Tag Regeneration Information” multiline:

Part #	The number identifying the part that is associated to the PI plan.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Old Tag #	The number identifying the tag number already generated.
New Tag #	The number identifying the new tag number that has been regenerated.
WH – Zone #	The number identifying the zone for which the PI plan was created.
Zone Description	The textual description of the zone.
Bin #	The number identifying the bin in the zone.
Lot #	The number identifying the lot number of the part.
Remarks	Any additional comments pertaining to the tag.
