View tag count and recount results

This page allows you to view the tag count and recount results .Tell me more.

Select the “View Count and Recount Results” link at the bottom of the “Select Physical Inventory Plan” or “View Physical Inventory Plan” page.

The “View Tag Count / Recount Results” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Plan Details” group box:

PI Plan #	The number identifying the physical inventory plan.
PI Plan Description	The textual description of the PI plan.
Warehouse #	The warehouse for which the PI plan was generated.
Warehouse Description	The textual description of the warehouse.
Plan Level	The Pl plan level, which could be “Warehouse” or “Warehouse-Zone”.
Status	The status of PI plan.
Note: The system displays only those PI plans, which are not in “Draft” or “Confirmed” status.
Tag Type	The tag type, which could be “General Tags”, “Bulk Tags” or “Bulk-Storage area Tags”.

The system displays the following in the “Tag Generation Information” multiline:

Line #	The line number corresponding to the tag number.
Tag #	A number identifying the tag.
Part #	The number that identifies the part.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Correction Transaction #	The number identifying the correction transaction.
Stock UOM	The unit of measurement of the items for the stock quantity.
Stock Status	The stock status of the item counted or recounted.
Count Status	The count status of the PI plan.
Count Quantity	The counted quantity of parts.
Recount Qty	The recounted quantity of parts.
WH –Zone #	The number that identifies the zone in the warehouse where the part is stored.
Bin#	The number identifying the bin in which the item is stored.
Lot #	The number identifying the lot in the warehouse.
Part Control Type	The type of part control, that is, whether it is serial or lot controlled.
Entry Type	This could be New part or stock status (for the new part) found in the counting storage location
Tag Status	The status of the tag.
System Quantity	The quantity of parts available as per the system inventory record.
Note: The system quantity is displayed only when the “System Quantity Display” option is set as “Allowed” in the “Set Options for Physical Inventory” activity and the count result is in “Confirmed” status.
Counted By	The name of the user who performed the cycle count.
Date of Counting	The date on which the cycle count was performed.
Recounted By	The name of the user who performed the recount.
Date of Recounting	The date on which the recount was performed.
Remarks	Any additional information regarding the tag count or recount results.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a tag for viewing serial numbers and lot number details.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Serial & Lot Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the serial number and lot numbers for the tags generated.

This page allows you to view the tag count and recount results for the selected physical inventory plan.

Note: You can view the tag count and recount results of only for those PI plans which are not in “Draft” or “Confirmed” status.

The system displays the PI plan number, description, and warehouse details along with the tag generation information details.
