Viewing the details of the cycle count plan

This page enables you to view the details of the CC plan selected in the previous page. Tell me more

Click the “View Cycle Count Plan” link in the “Select Cycle Count Plan” page. Alternatively, click the hyperlinked cycle count number in the multiline of the same page.

The “View Cycle Count Plan” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Plan Details” group box:

CC Plan #	The number identifying the CC plan selected in the previous page.
Status	The status of the CC plan, which could be one of the following:
	Draft: When the cycle count plan is created and certain mandatory details are yet to be provided.
	Fresh: When the cycle count plan is created and all the mandatory details have been provided.
	Closed: When all the cycle count sheets derived from this plan are either closed, short closed or cancelled and when all the sheets that are partially dependent on this plan are completed as far as parts from this plan are concerned.
	Cancelled: When the cycle count plan is cancelled.
	Authorized: When the cycle count plan is authorized.
Plan Description	The textual description of the cycle count plan.
User Status	The user defined status of the CC plan.
CC Plan Level	The level at which the cycle count plan was generated, which could be ‘Warehouse” or “Warehouse – Zone” level.
Warehouse #	The warehouse for which the cycle count plan was generated.
Warehouse Description	The textual description of the warehouse.
WH – Zone #	The number that identifies the zone for which the cycle count plan was generated. The system displays this field only if the CC plan level is set to “ Warehouse – Zone”.
Zone Description	The textual description of the zone.
Planned By	The name of the user who created the CC plan.
Planned Start Date	The starting date of CC plan.
Part Selection Mode	The selection mode of the part from the warehouse which could be “Manual” or “Random”.
Sample Size	The number of various parts to be considered for random selection from the warehouse.
From Value	The starting value in the range of the part values.
To Value	The ending value in the range of the part values.
Ownership	The system displays the ownership of the Parts to be included in the CC Plan.
Trading Partner #	The number identifying the trading partner of the CC plan.
Last Cycle Count Date <=	The date and the date prior on which, cycle count plans to which the retrieved parts were associated and are in closed status.
Automatically associate New Parts	Indicates whether those parts from the warehouse-zone-bin that are not associated with the CC plan (through the Associate Parts to CC Plan page) will be included in the CC plan.
Include Capital Parts	Indicates whether the Capital parts from the warehouse-zone-bin will be included in the CC plan.

Select the “Count Interval Details” tab to know count interval details for the CC plan.
Select the “Associated Bins” tab to associate specific bins in the zone to the CC Plan.

The system displays the following in the “Other Details” group box:

User Defined Detail-1	Any other additional details pertaining to the CC plan.
User Defined Detail-2	Any other additional details pertaining to the CC plan.
Remarks	Any additional remarks pertaining to the CC plan.

The system displays the following field:

Offline Processing Remarks

The offline processing remarks information for the CC Plan #.

The system displays the following in the “Attachments” group box:

File Name

The name of the file used as reference for the cycle count plan

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the part to the view the status log or the count sheets generated.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The name of the user who created the CC plan.
Created Date	The date on which the CC plan was created.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the CC plan.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the CC plan was last modified.
Authorized By	The name of the user who authorized the CC plan.
Authorized Date	The date on which the CC plan was authorized.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Status Log” link, to view the status log for the CC plan.
Select the “View Count Sheets Generated” link, to view the count sheets generated for the CC plan.
Select the “Upload Documents” link at the bottom of the page to upload the documents against the cycle count plan.
Select the “View Associated Doc. Attachments” link at the bottom of the page to view the associated document attachments against the cycle count plan.

Viewing the details of the cycle count plan – An overview

This page enables you to view the details of the CC plan selected in the previous page. You can view the number, status, description, level and the planner of the CC plan. You can also view the warehouse for which the CC plan was generated, warehouse description, zone in which the part was stored and zone description.

You can also view the count interval details, such as the part number, part description, class, desired accuracy level, current accuracy level, count interval, and the item status for the part.
