Viewing the status log of the cycle count plan

This page allows you to view the change in statuses of the CC plan. You can view the old and the new status of the CC plan, the date on which the status was changed, the person who changed the status and the reason for the status change.

Select the “View Status Log” link in the “View Cycle Count Plan” page.

The “View Status Log” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Sheet Details” group box:

CC Plan #	The number identifying CC plan selected in the “Select Cycle Count Plan” page.
Class	The class to which the CC plan belongs.
Part Type	The type to which the part belongs.
Part Group	The group to which the part belongs.
Part Category	The category to which the part belongs.
Warehouse #	The warehouse in which the part is stored.
WH-Zone #	The zone in the warehouse in which the part is stored. The system displays this field only if the CC plan level is set to “ Warehouse – Zone”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Status Information” multiline:

From Status	The old status of the CC plan.
To Status	The current status of the CC plan.
Changed On	The date on which the status was changed.
Changed By	The name of the user who changed the status.
Comments	Any comments pertaining to the status change.
