Viewing cycle count sheets generated for the cycle count plan

This page allows you to view the CC sheets generated for the CC plan. You can view the sheet number, description, sheet basis, sheet status, counted date, number of parts in the sheet and the number of parts from the selected plan.

Select the “View Count Sheets Generated” link in the “View Cycle Count Plan” page.

The “View Count Sheets Generated” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Plan Details” group box:

CC Plan #	The number identifying CC plan for which you need to view the count sheets generated.
Plan Description	The textual description of the plan.
Warehouse #	The warehouse in which the part is stored.
Warehouse Description	The textual description of the warehouse.
WH – Zone #	The zone in the warehouse in which the part is stored.
Zone Description	The textual description of the zone.

The system displays the following fields in the “Sheet Details” multiline:

CC Sheet #	The number that identifies the CC sheet generated for the selected plan.
Sheet Description	The textual description of the CC sheet.
Sheet Basis	The basis of the CC sheet, which could “Plan Based” or “Overdue Based”.
Sheet Status	The status of the CC sheet
Counted Date	The date on which the stock was counted.
No of Parts	The number of parts in the CC sheet.
No of Parts From Plan	The number of parts, listed in the CC sheet, from the selected plan.
