Switching Context

A login user can use this page to switch to a different organization unit and language combination for the particular role without logging out.
Select the "Switch Context" icon on the Web tool bar.
The “Switch Context” page appears.
Enter the following details:

Role Description |
Use the drop-down list box to select the role for the OU Instance and language combination. |

OU Instance |
Use the drop-down list box to select the name of the organization unit. The system loads a list of organization units along with the organization name. |

Language |
Use the drop-down list box to select the language, which will be applicable until you log out of the application. Whenever you select a language in the “Language” drop-down list box, you can view all the master data descriptions in this language. You can avail this facility, provided the master data description is already available in this language. |
Click on the "OK" pushbutton.
Alternatively, click on the "Cancel" pushbutton to cancel the switch context.
