In this tab, you can define the certificate details required for certification of the finished part.

Certificate Type

Use the drop-down list and select the type of the certificate defined for the part. The system lists all the ‘Active’ Certificate Types defined for ‘Certificate For’ as 'Part' in the “Logistics Common Master” business component.

Certifying Authority

Use the drop-down list and select the Certifying Authority for the part. The system lists all the ‘Active’ Certificate Authorities defined in the “Logistics Common Master” business component.

Required?

Use the drop-down list and select the following options:

  • “As Requested” - If you select this option, it is not mandatory to issue certificate before closing the work order.

  • “Mandatory” – If you select this option, it is mandatory to issue certificate before closing the work order.

Issue Certificate at?

Use the drop-down list and select the following:

  • “Part” – Select this option to issue certificate at part level.

  • “Serial/Lot/None” – Select this option to issue certificate at serial / lot / None level.

Remarks

Any remarks related to the certification of the part.

The system displays the following:

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the certificate information.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the certificate information were last modified.
