This page allows you to view execution reference log details. Tell me more.

The “View Execution Ref #” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are to be entered. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Execution Ref Details” group box:

Execution Ref #

The execution reference number .

The system displays the package type before the execution reference number.

Status

The status of the execution reference, which could be one of the following:

  • Fresh – When the execution reference is created. The details can be added or modified if the execution reference is in “Fresh” status

  • Confirm – When the execution reference is confirmed. The details cannot be modified.

Doc. Category

The category to which the document belongs. .

Operations Type

The operations type assigned to the execution reference.

Doc. Basis

The basis of the document.

A/C Maint. Exe. Basis

The basis of the A/C maintenance event.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft for which the execution reference details must be viewed.

Aircraft Model #

The model to which the aircraft belongs.

Plan Start Date & Time

The planned start date and time of the execution reference.

Plan End Date & Time

The planned end date and time of the execution reference.

Actual Start Date & Time

The actual start date and time of the execution reference.

Actual End Date & Time

The actual end date and time of the execution reference.

Gate #

The number identifying the gate.

Gate-In Date & Time

The date and time at which the flight was taxied to the gate or the last docking date.

Log #

The number identifying the log, which contains the execution reference details.

Maintenance Event

The maintenance event for the discrepancy.

User Status

Indicates the user defined status of the Execution Ref #.

The system displays the following in the “Execution Details” group box:

Work Center#

The number identifying the work center for the execution reference.

Station

The station where the execution reference has been recorded in the sheet..

COM Reqd?

Indicates whether certificate of maintenance is required for the execution reference.

COM #

The number identifying the certificate of maintenance issued for the execution reference.

Expense Type

The type of expense for the flight execution reference which could be “Revenue” or “Capital”.

CAPEX Proposal  #

The number identifying the CAPEX proposal # for expenses in execution reference.

The system displays the following in the “Journey Log Details” group box:

Journey Log #

The number identifying the journey log.

Starting Station

The station from which the journey begins.

Flight & Leg #

The number identifying the flight for which the execution reference is created.

Line #

The number identifying the leg of the flight.

The system displays the following in the “Customer Order Details” group box:

Customer #

The identification number of the customer who owns the Aircraft.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Customer Order #

The identification number of the customer order.

Customer Order Desc.

The textual description of the Customer Order.

Defer Reported disc

If pilot-reported discrepancies are available for the execution reference.

Resource Consp

If resource consumption details are available for the execution reference.

Material Request & Report

If material request and part consumption details are available for the execution reference.

Work Info

If work information is available for the execution reference.

Emp Timesheet

If employee timesheet information is available for the execution reference.

Ref

If reference details are available for the execution reference

Created by

The login ID of the user who created the execution reference details.

Created Date

The date on which the execution reference details were created.

Last Modified by

The login ID of the user who modified the execution reference details last.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the execution reference details were last modified.

Confirmed by

The login ID of the user who confirmed the execution reference details.

Confirmed Date

Viewing Execution Reference – An overview

View Technical Log - A summary of the activity

In this page, you can view the execution reference information. The system displays the execution reference details and the journey log details associated to the execution reference and the discrepancy associated to the execution reference  and the journey log.

You can also view the type of the incident or accident observed in the incoming flight, the maintenance activity that has to be performed to rectify the incident or accident and the general maintenance check that has to be performed on the incoming flight.

The outgoing flight number for which the execution reference details are viewed and the maintenance activity that has to be performed, if the flight is the first flight of the day can be viewed.
