Viewing certificate of maintenance summary details

In this page you can view the maintenance reports that are deferred for the technical log.

Select the “View Certificate Of Maintenance - Summary” link at the bottom of the “View Execution Ref #” page.

The “View Certificate of Maintenance - Summary” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Tech Log Details” group box:

Execution Ref #	The number identifying the execution reference for which CoM is issued.
Journey Log #	The number identifying the journey log for which the technical log is created.
Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number to which the technical log is associated.
Aircraft Model #	The model to which the aircraft belongs.

The system displays the following in the “CoM Details” multiline:

CoM #

The number identifying the CoM that has been created for the technical log.

Click the hyperlinked “CoM #” to view the certificate of maintenance information.

CoM Status	The status of the CoM, which could be “Fresh”, “Authorized” or “Cancelled”.
CoM Type	The type of the CoM, which could be “Regular” or “Test Flight”. This field will be blank, if the reference document type is technical log.
Comments	Any remarks or comments pertaining to the issue of CoM.
Execution Station	The station where the technical log is executed.
Issued By	The code of the employee who issued the CoM.
