Approve Journey Log – A summary of the activity

The journey logs that are created or modified in the “Create Journey Log” and “Edit Journey Log” activities can be confirmed using this activity. Once confirmed, the journey log cannot be modified. You are provided with the option of confirming or canceling the existing journey logs.

In this activity, you can search for existing journey logs based on the journey log number, journey log category, aircraft registration number, aircraft model number, starting station and flight date. Based on the filter criteria, details of the journey log, such as the journey log number, aircraft registration number, aircraft model number, flight date, starting station and journey log category are displayed in the multiline.

You can confirm or cancel the journey log in bulk or select a particular journey log to be confirmed or cancelled. The status of the journey log changes to “Confirmed” on approval.
