Define Document Routing - Choose Task
This page can be used to select a task for defining the document routing.
Select the “Define Document Routing” link under the "Workflow Management" business component.
The ‘Define Document Routing – Choose Task’ page appears.
Enter the following in the "Search Criteria" group box. Data entry in the following fields is optional:
Component Name |
The name of the component in which the task is present (Alphanumeric, 128). |
Activity Name |
The name of the activity in which the task is present (Alphanumeric, 128). |
Task Name |
The name of the task for which the document routing needs to be defined (Alphanumeric, 256). |
Org Unit Description |
The description of the component deployed organization unit (Alphanumeric, 128). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to view the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline for documents that have multiple forward tasks and are enabled for routing across area:
Component Name |
The name of the component in which the task is present. |
Activity Name |
The name of the activity in which the task is present. |
Task Name |
The name of the task for which the document routing needs to be defined. |
Org. Unit Description |
The description of the component deployed organization unit. |
Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline to mark the task for modification.
To proceed
Select the “Define Document Routing” link at the bottom of the page to define document routing for the selected task.
You can select a task based on the search criteria for defining document routing.
