This page allows you to search and select a sundry receipt for modification. Tell me more.

Receipt Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the receipt that you want to retrieve. You can select from "Regular", "VAT", "Asset", "HRMS" or "All" if the "Asset Insurance", "VAT Declaration" and the "HRMS" business component have been deployed in the login organization unit.

Receipt No

The number identifying the receipt that you want to modify (Alphanumeric, 18).

Note: You cannot delete the receipt number entered in this field by clicking the “Delete Receipts” pushbutton available in the page.

Receipt No From

The starting number in the range of receipt numbers that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 18). The system retrieves all the receipts that have numbers similar to the value entered here.

Note: The sundry receipt number entered in this field must be before the number entered in the "To" field.

To

The ending number in the range of receipt numbers that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 18). The system retrieves all the receipts that have numbers similar to the value entered here.

Finance Book

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the finance book in which the posting is to be made for the receipt that you want to retrieve. All the finance books that are deployed in the login organization unit will be available for selection in the ascending order if postings can be made in multiple finance books. If postings can be made only in a finance book the book that has been set as default will be displayed.

Receipt Amount From

The starting amount in the range of receipt amounts that you want to retrieve (Decimal). The amount entered in this field must be greater than zero. The system retrieves all the receipts that have amounts similar to the value entered here.

Note: The receipt amount entered here must be equal to or lesser than the value entered in the "To" field.

To

The ending amount in the range of receipt amounts that you want to retrieve (Decimal). The amount entered in this field must be greater than zero. The system retrieves all the receipts that have amounts similar to the value entered here.

Currency

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the currency in which the payment has been received. All the currency codes that have been mapped to the company will be available for selection in the ascending order. The system displays the base currency of the login company by default at the launch of the page.

Receipt Date From

The starting date in the range of dates within which the receipt that you want to retrieve has been created (Date Format). The system retrieves all the receipts that have been created on the dates similar to the date entered here.

Note: The date entered in this field must be before the date entered in the "Receipt Date To" field.

Receipt Date To

The ending date in the range of dates during which the receipt that you want to retrieve has been created (Date Format). The system retrieves all the receipts that have been created on the dates similar to the date entered here.

User ID

The login ID of the user who has created the receipt that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 30). The ID entered in this field must be a valid one.

Remitter

The name of the person or organization on whom the receipt that you want to retrieve has been raised (Alphanumeric, 60).

Instrument No

The number identifying the instrument that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 30).

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the receipt that you want to retrieve from "Fresh", "Draft", "Returned" and "All".

 
  • Fresh – indicates that the system will retrieve the sundry receipts that are in the “Fresh” status.

 
  • Draft – indicates that the system will retrieve the sundry receipts that are in the “Draft” status.

 
  • Returned – indicates that the system will retrieve the sundry receipts that are in the “Returned” status.

 
  • All – indicates that the system will retrieve the sundry receipts irrespective of their status.

Receipt Route

Use the drop-down list box to select the way in which the payment has been received for the receipt that you want to retrieve. You can select from “Bank”, “Cash”,  “Credit Card” or “PTT”. The system displays “Bank” by default.

Receipt Mode

Use the drop-down list box to select the mode in which the payment was received for the receipt that you want to retrieve. You can select from “Check”, “Demand Draft”, “Pay Order”, “Direct Credit”, “Cash” and “Credit Card”. The system displays “Check” by default.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Receipt No

The number identifying the sundry receipt.

Remitter

The name of the person or the organization from whom the payment has been received.

Receipt Date

The date on which the receipt was created.

Currency

The code identifying the currency in which the payment, for which the receipt has been created, was received.

Receipt Amount

The amount of the sundry receipt.

Finance Book

The code identifying the finance book in which the posting of the sundry receipt has been made.

Status

The status of the receipt. It could be "Draft", "Fresh" or "Returned".

 
  • Draft – indicates a newly created sundry receipt that cannot be authorized.

 
  • Fresh – indicates a newly created sundry receipt that can be authorized.

 
  • Returned – indicates a sundry receipt that has been returned to the user who created it for modification.

The status of the receipt is updated as “Deleted”. The system stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the deletion details.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Selecting sundry receipts for modification – An overview

If you know the category and the number identifying the sundry receipt that you want to modify, you can enter it directly. Otherwise, you can carry out a search by specifying a range of sundry receipt numbers, receipt amounts and receipt dates. You can also search by specifying the code identifying the finance book in which the receipt posting is to be made, the code identifying the currency in which the payment has been received, the mode and route in which the payment has been received. You can also search based on the login ID of the user who has created the sundry receipt and the name of the person or organization who has made the payment. The system retrieves the sundry receipts based on the search criteria entered.

This page also allows you to select and delete the sundry receipts. The status of the deleted receipt is updated as "Deleted".
