Edit MAC Voucher – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify the details of a MAC voucher, which is of status “Fresh” or “Returned”. You can specify the number identifying the voucher directly or search for it based on the voucher details. The system searches for and retrieves the voucher details.

You can modify the voucher details and authorize the voucher during the modification process. The system updates the status of the voucher to “Authorized” on authorization. You can also delete the vouchers that are no longer required. The system updates the status of the voucher to “Deleted”. You can also record your observations and attach a note. The system attaches the note to the voucher, when it is created the first time, after which modifications can be done. The system also maintains a history of these modifications.
