Job Level: Job Levels depict the hierarchy of jobs in an organization unit group. The various jobs defined in the organization are attached to different job levels.
Viewing Job Level Details: The View Job Level activity enables the user to view the details pertaining to the various job levels in the organization. The Job level represents the relative position of an employee in the organization.
The job level details you can view comprise:
The unique code of the job level.
The short description of the job level.
The long description of the job level.
The additional comments, if any, specified pertaining the job level details.
Selecting the job level record to view: To view a job level, you must first select the required job level. The system facilitates selecting the required job level either by directly entering the job level code or by specifying search criteria for the job level details. In the direct entry option, you can enter the job level code and language directly and fetch the required record you want to view. In the search option, you must specify search criteria for the job level details. The system fetches the job level records that match the combination of search criteria specified from which you can select the required record to view.
Note that following selection of the required record, you can view the details in any of the available languages.
