Select the “View Job Level ” option from the left pane.
The “Select Job Level to View” page appears.

Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. This refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. From the drop-down list box, select the language in which you require to view the job level details. |
Select the required job level record, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.
Use this method if you know the complete job level code.
Enter the job level code in the “Job Level Code” field. And language
Select the “View Job Level” hyperlink beside.
The “View Job Level” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
To view a job level, refer to the topic “Viewing a Job Level”.
Use this method if you know just a few characters of the job level code. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the job level code and job level short description contain. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.
Enter the following fields.

To view all job level codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of these job level codes followed by the wild card *.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: If you specify the search parameter as JBL*, the system fetches the job level record having the code beginning with JBL, as in JBL005 and JBL007. |
Job Level Short Description |
To view all job level short descriptions containing specific characters type in the starting character/s of these short description followed by the wild card *.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, if you specify the search parameter as *Managers” for the job level Description, the system fetches the job level records whose short descriptions match the search parameter specified, as in Senior Managers and Marketing Managers etc. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value. If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values. If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are applicable to the selected unit structure set up unit. In the language selected.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the job level records that satisfy the search criteria specified.

The unique code of the job level. |
Job Level Short Description |
A brief description of the job level. |
Job Level Long Description |
A more detailed description of the job level. |
Select the hyperlink on the code of the job level in the required job level record.
The system displays the “View Job Level” page which you can use to view the complete job level details.
Use this page to select the job level record which you want to view.
