The View External Faculty activity facilitates you to view the details pertaining to a external faculty and their details and also the courses that are mapped to them . 

You can view the following details pertaining to the external faculty already defined.

¡         The training general information unit for which the faculty has been defined.

¡         The code of the faculty code

¡         The name of the faculty

¡         The name of the organization and the location where it is situated

¡         The title of the job title of the faculty

¡         The name of the department

¡         The qualification of the faculty

¡         The experience of the faculty

¡         The address of the organization to which the faculty belongs, along with the country and state

¡         The phone number, fax, mobile, email and the home page of the faculty

¡         The competency code and description

¡         The comments related to the internal faculty

¡         The type of faculty

Viewing by Training General Information Unit: You can choose a specific training general information unit, and view the list of courses that are mapped to the particular external faculty.

Viewing in another language: By default, you can view the details of the external faculty in the language that has been mapped to the organization unit by default.  If you want to view the details in any other language, you can select the required language from the drop-down list box .
