Through the “Create Program” activity, you can create a training program for which you can map the various applicable modules.
Programs are a logical grouping of one or more modules. For example, the Induction Program can be considered as a training program, to which various modules like functional overview, work culture can be mapped.
The training program can either be conducted by the organization or by any other external organizations. You can also record the objectives of the program in this activity.
