4 The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
4 Specify the following details:
Training General Information Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you want to create the program. |
Program Code |
A unique code to define the program under which the various modules and courses applicable for the organization unit(s) can be mapped. |
Program Short Description |
A brief and unique description of the program code. . |
Program Long Description |
A detailed description of the program. |
Inactive |
Select this checkbox only if you want the program to be currently inactive. |
Objectives Of Program |
The objectives of training program. |
Sponsorship Mandatory |
Select this checkbox only if sponsorship for the program is mandatory. |
4 Specify the following in the “Program Module Mapping” multiline to map the various modules to the training program.
Module Code |
A unique code that identifies the module. Help available |
Module |
The name of the module corresponding to the code. |
Sequence of Module |
The sequence in which the modules must appear for a particular program. |
4 You can enter any comments pertaining to the program.
Comments |
Any comment pertaining to the program |
To enter comments
4 Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
4 You can view, modify or delete the content.
4 Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
4 Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
