Staff Suggestion Scheme-Self Service - An Overview
The work areas in an organization can be constantly improvised for its own and the employees’ benefit. The employees themselves can initiate the process of improvement by making suitable suggestions for the different work areas. The Staff Suggestion Scheme-Self Service component enables
An employee to make a suggestion and submit the same for evaluation that is done by the coordinators appointed for the specific work area.
A coordinator to evaluate the suggestions submitted by his/her subordinates and specify the award for the specific suggestion, if it is exceptional and award worthy. The coordinator can also submit a suggestion.
All the employees to view the suggestion that he/she has made and also the coordinator’s evaluation for his/her suggestion
