Payset Definition Unit

The organization unit for which the employee-payset mapping will be applicable

Basis

The basis on which the system will automatically map employees to paysets. The basis will be one of the following: Grade, Grade set, Employment Unit, Job or Business Unit.

Code

To view the codes under “Basis”, which contain specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the codes.

 

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, If the basis is Grade and you type in Exe*, the system will search for those Grade codes that start with Exe Other examples are *xe and E*e

Description

To view the code descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the code descriptions.

Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value. If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values. If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are applicable to the selected organization unit.

Org. Unit Code

The code that uniquely identifies the organization unit to which each code belongs.

The description of the organization unit.
