The “Select Employee for Regularization” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Date format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Leave Administration Unit

The organization unit where the leave administration component has been deployed, to administer leave for all the employees mapped to the interacting employment units. Tell me more.

From Date

The start date of the leave for which you require to view the employee records.

To Date

The end date of the leave for which you require to view the employee records.

Employee Code

To view the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the employee codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: c* will search for those employee codes that start with c. Other examples are *c, c and c*.

Help Available

Department Code

To view the department codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the department codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards.

The system displays the following in the multiline.

Regularization Status

If the leave application is regularized, the status will be displayed as "Regularized" or the error message is displayed.

Employee Name

The name of each employee whose leave requires to be regularized.

Leave Type

The type of leave for which the employee has applied, that is applicable to the organization unit. 

For example, leave type can be casual leave,sick leave or privilege leave.

Units

The unit in which the leave type is maintained. It could be “days“ or “hours“:

From Date

The date from which the employee has applied for leave.   

From Time

The time from which the employee has applied for leave. 

From Session

The session from which the employee has applied for leave. For example, the session can be morning, evening or night.

The session will depend on the shifts that have been scheduled for the employee who is going on leave.

To Date

The date until which the employee has applied for leave.   

To Time

The time until which the employee has applied for leave.

To Session

The session until which the employee has applied for leave.

Leave Units

The total number of leave units that require to be regularized. 

These refer to the authorized leave units that are being regularized due to the shift or time management discrepancies.

Application No.

The unique number that identifies the leave application.

This number is generated in the “Apply Leave” activity when the leave application of the employee is submitted.  

Employee Code

The unique employee code and name of the employee who has applied for leave.

Regularization Date

The date on which the employee’s leave is being regularized.

Application Status

The status of the leave application.  The system displays the status as “authorized”.
