Performing data transfer
Select “Perform Data Transfer” link from the left pane.
The “Perform Data Transfer” page appears.
The system displays the date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more
Select or enter the organization unit where the data transfer component is deployed.
The system displays the session id automatically on selecting the “process” pushbutton
Select or enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box.
Interface Type |
The interface type displayed is either “upload” or “download”, as interfaces are grouped mainly by two interface types: upload or download. |

Select the “Search” pushbutton. The system displays the following in the multiline.

Interface Group Code |
The interface group code. |

Interface Code |
The unique code of the interface. |
Interface Description |
The description of the interface. |
Upload/Download File |
The ASCII file which is used for upload or download. You can edit the name of the ASCII file in this field. |
Transfer |
Select “yes” if you wish to perform the data transfer for a particular interface. Select “No” if you do not wish to perform data transfer for a particular interface. |
Select the “process” pushbutton to start the data transfer process. A session id is automatically generated on click of the “process pushbutton”.
