Resume ID

The ID of the resume as entered while posting the resume.

Applicant ID

The unique ID that identifies an applicant for a job.

First Name

The first name of the applicant’s relative. For example, if the applicant’s relative’s full name is Mary Joyce Sebastian, the first name is Mary.

Middle Name

The middle name of the applicant’s relative. For example, if the applicant’s relative’s full name is Mary Joyce Sebastian, the middle name is Joyce.

Last Name

The last name of the applicant’s relative. For example, if the applicant’s relative’s full name is Mary Joyce Sebastian, the last name is Sebastian.

Relationship

The applicant’s relationship with the mentioned person.  For example, Mother, Sister, Wife, daughter, etc.

Date Of Birth

The date of birth of the applicant’s relative.

Gender

The gender of the applicant’s relative, whether male or female.

Dependent

The system displays “Yes”, if the relative is dependent on the applicant, otherwise displays “No”.

Citizenship Identification Number

The citizenship identification number of the applicant’s relative.

Marital Status

The marital status of applicant’s relative, whether married, unmarried, single, or divorced.

Occupation

The occupation of the applicant’s relative.

Employer / School

The name of the organization / school where the applicant’s relative is employed / studying.

Institution

The name of the institute where the applicant is pursuing the course.

Course Pursuing / Expected Qualification

The name of the course that the applicant is pursuing.  For example, M.Sc Mathematics, M.A. Journalism.

Expected MM/YYYY Of Exams

The month and year when the exams for the course will be held.

Expected MM/YYYY Of Results Released

The month and year when the results of the exams for the course will be released.

Membership Type

The type of the membership that the applicant holds in an institution.  For example, President, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.

Institution

The name of the institution in which the applicant is a member.

Name

The name of the scholarship that the applicant holds.

Value

The total prize money that the applicant received as scholarship.

From MM/YYYY

The month and year from which the scholarship is applicable.

To MM/YYYY

The month and year till which the scholarship is applicable.

Type of Bond(s)

The type of bond the applicant has served or is serving.

From MM/YYYY

The month and year from which the bond is valid.

To MM/YYYY

The month and year till which the bond is valid.

Institution

The name of the institution where applicant was involved in the extra curricular activities.

ECA

The description of the extra curricular activity.

Position Held

The position held by the applicant in the activity.

Employment Type

The type of employment, whether “Previous” or “Current”.

From

The start date for the period of employment.

To

The end date for the period of employment.

Position Held

The position that the applicant held during the period of employment.

Organization

The name of the organization where the applicant was employed during the period of employment.

Address

The address of the organization where the applicant was employed during the period of employment.

Phone

The phone number of the organization where applicant was employed during the period of employment.

Basic Salary

The basic annual salary that the applicant was drawing during the period of employment.

Gross Salary

The annual gross salary that the applicant was drawing during the period of employment.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities that the applicant was assigned during the period of employment.

Reason(s) For Leaving

The reason why the applicant left the previous organization.

Service Type

The type of service of the applicant with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).  The service type of the employee could be army, navy, air force etc.

SAF Service Period

The period of the applicant’s service with the SAF.

Rank

The rank that the applicant held or is holding during the period of service with the SAF.  For example, Colonel, Captain etc.

Vocation

The description of the vocation.  Apart from what is mentioned, the details of any other service that the applicant has done with SAF.

Enlistment Date

The date on which the applicant was enlisted for the national service.

Operationally Ready Date (ORD)

The date on which the applicant was operationally ready for national service.

Language

The names of the languages that the applicant knows.

Proficiency

For a chosen language, the proficiency level that the applicant has.  For example, read, write, speak, etc.
