Applying Against A Vacancy: Through this activity, an employee or his/her referral can apply against an existing vacancy in the organization. You can search for the current openings in the organization and post your resume. The system also facilitates viewing your resume, if you have already created one.

To search for current openings, you can specify search parameters for the following details.

• The title of the job applicable to the specified position.

• Dates to indicate the probable period within which the last date for posting the resume falls.

The system fetches the vacancies satisfying the specified search criteria. You can post your resume against the required vacancy.
