Viewing Employee Referral Status: Through this activity, the employee who referred a qualified person to any of the current openings can view the applicant’s evaluation process status.

The employee can use this activity to view the following.

• The application status of the person referred.

• The details of the various evaluation stages for which the applicant has been selected.

• The schedule details of the evaluation stages and exercises for  which the applicant has been selected.

The system displays the details of the applicant’s resume like the unique resume ID, the name of the applicant, and job applied for etc., along with the application status. You can select the required applicant and view the various evaluation stages for which the applicant has been selected. The system also displays the exercises which the applicant has to undertake in each evaluation stage and the also the schedule details like the name of the venue at which the exercise will be conducted and the date and time at which it will be held.
