This page enables you to select a Execution Ref # for which the CoM is to be issued. Tell me more.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Execution Ref #

The number identifying the Execution Ref # for which you need to issue CoM (Alphanumeric, 40).

To search for a Execution Ref #

Execution Ref #

The number identifying the Execution Ref # for which you need to issue CoM (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the Execution Ref # numbers that are similar to the value entered here.

Journey Log #

The number identifying the journey log for which the Execution Ref # is created (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the Execution Ref #s that are associated with the journey log number specified here.

CoM #

The number identifying the CoM that has been created for the Execution Ref # (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

CoM Type

Use the drop-down list box, to specify the type of the CoM. Select;

  • Regular – To retrieve the CoMs that indicate that the aircraft is ready for normal flight operations.

  • Test Flight – To retrieve the CoMs that indicate the aircraft is ready for test drive.

  • Forced - To retrieve CoMs that indicate the aircraft is ready for normal flight operations/test drive regardless of the status of maintenance tasks/discrepancies scheduled for it.

CoM Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the CoM. The system lists the following: ”Fresh”, “Confirmed” and “Cancelled”.

The system retrieves the CoMs with the status that you select here.

User Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined status of the CoM. The system lists all the active quick codes of type “CoM Transaction” defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number for which the Execution Ref # details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Alternately, you can also enter Nose # in the field. You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character, similar to A/C Reg #.

The smart search retrieves Execution Ref numbers associated with aircraft of Reg. # / Nose # similar to that you have entered in the field.

Aircraft Model #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the aircraft model number for which the Execution Ref # details must be retrieved. The system lists all the “Active” aircraft models that are defined in the “Aircraft” business component. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Planned Date: From

The starting range of the Execution Ref # planned date, in the specified date format.

Planned Date: To

The ending range of the Execution Ref # planned date, in the specified date format.

Doc. Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the Execution Ref #. The system lists all the quick codes of type “Execution Ref # Category” defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity.  The system leaves the field blank by default.

Execution Ref # Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the Execution Ref #. The system lists the options: “In Progress”, “Completed” and “Closed”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline.

Execution Ref #

The Execution Ref # number retrieved by the system.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number associated with the Execution Ref #.

Aircraft Model #

The model to which the aircraft belongs.

CoM #

The number identifying the CoM that has been created for the Execution Ref #.

CoM Type

The type of the CoM that has been created for the Execution Ref #, which could be “Regular” or “Test Flight”.

CoM Status

The status of the certificate of maintenance for the Execution Ref #, which could be “Fresh”, “Confirmed” or “Cancelled”.

CoM Count

The total number of the CoMs existing for the Execution Ref #.

User Status

The user-defined status assigned to the Execution Ref #.

Doc. Category

The category to which the Execution Ref # belongs.

Package Description

Selecting the Execution Ref # to issue CoM - An overview

Issue CoM for Technical Log - A summary of the activity

You can select the Execution Ref # of the aircraft for which you need to issue the Certificate of Maintenance. If you know the Execution Ref # number, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the filter criteria, such as Execution Ref # number, journey log number, aircraft registration number, aircraft model number and the range of the Execution Ref # planned dates. If the CoM already exists for the Execution Ref # you can search using CoM number, CoM type and the CoM status. The system displays the Execution Ref # details that match the search criteria.
