Viewing dispatch reliability summary report

In this page, you can view the summary of the dispatch reliability report for the selected fleet. Tell me more.

Select the “View Dispatch Reliability Report” link in the “Select Reliability Fleet” page. Alternatively, click the hyperlinked fleet number in the multiline of the same page .

The “View Dispatch Reliability Summary Report” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reliability Fleet Details” group box:

Reliability Fleet #

The number identifying the reliability fleet for which you wish to view the dispatch report.

Fleet Description

The textual description of the fleet.

Zoom facility available

Data Available Upto

The last date until which the dispatch details are transferred from “Aircraft History” business component to “Aircraft Reliability” business component.

Enter the following fields in the “Reliability Calendar Details” group box:

Reliability Calendar #

Use the drop-down list box to select the reliability calendar which is mapped to reliability fleet number of the “Reliability Setup” business component. The reliability calendar should be either in the “Confirmed” or the “Closed” status.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to get the details of the reliability calendar.

The system displays the following details in the “Reliability Calendar Details” group box:

Calendar Description

The textual description of the reliability calendar.

Zoom facility available

Start Date

The start date of the reliability calendar.

End Date

The end date of the reliability calendar.

Enter the following fields in the “Period Details” group box:

Period #

Use the drop-down list box to select the period that is mapped to reliability fleet number of the “Reliability Setup” business component. The period should be either in the “Confirmed” or “Closed” status.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to get the details of the period.

The system displays the following details in the “Period Details” group box:

Period - From	The start date of the reliability period.
Period - To	The end date of the reliability period.

Enter the following fields in the “User Defined Period Details” group box:

From Year	The year from which you wish to view the dispatch reliability report.
Month From	Use the drop-down list box to select the month from which you wish to view the dispatch reliability report.
To Year	The year up to which you wish to view the dispatch reliability report.
Month To	Use the drop-down list box to select the month up to which you wish to view the dispatch reliability report.

Enter the following fields in the “View Filter Options” group box:

View By

Use the drop-down list box to select the view option. The report can be viewed either based on the “Reliability Period” or the “User Defined Period”.

Note: If this field is set to ”User Defined Period”, then you need to enter From Year” and” To Year” in such a manner that “From Year” should not be greater than the ”To year”. If the ”From Year” and the ”To Year” are the same, ”From Month” should not be later than ”To Month”.

Delay Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the category to which the delay belongs. The system displays one of the following: “Passenger and Baggage”, “Cargo and Mail”, “Aircraft and Ramp Handling”, “Technical and Aircraft Equipment”, “Damage to Aircraft & EDP/Automated Equipment Failure”, “Flight Operation and Crewing”, “Weather”, “Airport and Government Authorities”, “Reactionary” or “Miscellaneous”.

You can leave the field blank if you do not wish to specify the delay category.

Flight Status

Use the drop-down list box to set the status type of the flight as “Delayed”, which is also displayed as the default value.

Click the “View Dispatch Reliability Summary” pushbutton to view the details of the dispatch reliability.

The system displays the following in the “Fleet Dispatch Reliability Summary” group box.

Dispatch Reliability (Current Period)	The dispatch reliability for the selected period of the fleet.
Dispatch Reliability (Previous Period)	The dispatch reliability for the aircraft for the corresponding previous period to the period chosen.

The system displays the following in the “Aircraft Dispatch Reliability Summary” multiline:

Aircraft Reg #	The registration number of the aircraft.
Dispatch Reliability (Current Period)	The dispatch reliability for the aircraft for the chosen period.
Dispatch Reliability (Previous Period)	The dispatch reliability for the aircraft for the corresponding previous period to the period chosen.
For example, let us consider for a fleet, there are 400 departures of the following flight status: Delayed: 10 Dispatch Reliability with Flight Status “Delayed” is calculated as follows: Dispatch Reliability = Number of departures of all aircraft for specified fleet - Number of delayed departures / Number of departures of all aircraft for specified fleet * 100 Note: Number of departures is the number of legs recorded and number of delayed departures is the number of legs that have a flight status as “Delayed” in all approved journey logs.

Select the “View Dispatch Reliability Monthly Report” link at the bottom of the page to view the detailed dispatch reliability information for a month.

Viewing dispatch reliability summary report– An overview

In this page, you can view the summary of the dispatch reliability report for the selected fleet. The system retrieves the details such as the reliability fleet number, fleet description and the dispatch reliability details available for the selected reliability fleet. The dispatch reliability details are displayed at the fleet level as well as for the Individual aircraft registration number(s). The dispatch reliability for the corresponding previous period to the period chosen is also displayed.
