Select the “View Dispatch Reliability Monthly Report” link in the “View Dispatch Reliability Summary Report” page.

The “View Dispatch Reliability Monthly Report” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reliability Fleet Details” group box:

Reliability Fleet #

The number identifying the reliability fleet for which you wish to view the dispatch reliability report.

Fleet Description

The textual description of the fleet.

Zoom facility available

Data Available Upto

The last date until which the dispatch reliability details are transferred from “Aircraft History” business component to “Aircraft Reliability” business component.

The system displays the following fields in the “Time Horizon Details” group box:

Start Date	The start date of the reliability calendar.
End Date	The end date of the reliability calendar.

The system displays the following fields in the “Moving Average Period Details” group box:

Span 1 (in Months)

The average of the most recent K month values, where K is the span of the moving average. The system displays the field based on the Moving Average Period selected in the “Set Options” activity.

Note: This is one of the methods often used for forecasting time series data. Large values for K give good results for very stable series. Smaller values are needed for series, which tend to change level frequently.

Span 2 (in Months)

The average of the most recent K month values, where K is the span of the moving average. The system displays the field based on the Moving Average Period selected in the “Set Options” activity.

Note: There is a provision to choose up to two span options in the system. Hence the Span1 and Span2.

Enter the following fields in the “View Filter Options” group box:

Aircraft Reg #

Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft registration number for which the dispatch details are displayed. The system lists all aircraft registration numbers defined for the specified reliability fleet in the “Reliability Set up” business component.

The system displays the following fields in the “View Filter Options” group box:

Delay Category	The category to which the delay belongs. This could be “Passenger and Baggage”, “Cargo and Mail”, “Aircraft and Ramp Handling”, “Technical and Aircraft Equipment”, “Damage to Aircraft & EDP/Automated Equipment Failure”, “Flight Operation and Crewing”, “Weather”, “Airport and Government Authorities”, “Reactionary” or “Miscellaneous”.
Flight Status	The status of the type of the flight which is “Delayed”.

Click the “View Dispatch Reliability Details” pushbutton to view the monthly dispatch reliability details.

The system displays the following in the “Aircraft Dispatch Reliability Details” multiline:

Month	The month for which the aircraft dispatch reliability details are displayed.
Dispatch Reliability (Current Period)	The dispatch reliability value for the month for the Aircraft Registration number, Delay Category and Flight Status combination.
Span 1 Moving Average	It is the calculated value of moving average of dispatch reliability for the month. Here the ‘Span’ considered for computing the moving average is as specified in option setting as ‘Span1 (in Months).
Span 2 Moving Average	It is the calculated value of moving average of dispatch reliability for the month. Here the ‘Span’ considered for computing the moving average is as specified in option setting as ‘Span2 (in Months).
No Of Departures	The total number of departures for the month for the aircraft registration number.
No Of Delays	The number of delayed journeys reported for the month for the aircraft.

Viewing dispatch reliability monthly report– An overview

In this page, you can view the monthly dispatch reliability report for the selected fleet. The system retrieves the details such as the reliability fleet number, fleet description and the dispatch reliability details available for the selected reliability fleet. The monthly dispatch reliability details such as the month in which the selected dispatch reliability had occurred, dispatch reliability for chosen period, span 1 and 2 of the selected fleet are displayed.
