Viewing the log details for dispatch reliability report

In this page, you can view the log details for the selected fleet. Tell me more.

Select the “View Logs” link at the bottom of the “View Dispatch Reliability Monthly Report” page.

The “View Logs” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Note: Ensure that the month is selected in the previous page for viewing the log details.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reliability Fleet Details” group box:

Reliability Fleet #

The number identifying the reliability fleet for which you wish to view the log report.

Fleet Description

The textual description of the fleet.

Zoom facility available

Data Available Upto

The last date until which the log report details are transferred from “Aircraft History” business component to “Aircraft Reliability” business component..

The system displays the following fields in the “Time Horizon Details” group box:

Start Date	The start date of the reliability period.
End Date	The end date of the reliability period.

The system displays the following in the “View Filter Options” group box:

Delay Category	The category to which the delay belongs. This could be “Passenger and Baggage”, “Cargo and Mail”, “Aircraft and Ramp Handling”, “Technical and Aircraft Equipment”, “Damage to Aircraft & EDP/Automated Equipment Failure”, “Flight Operation and Crewing”, “Weather”, “Airport and Government Authorities”, “Reactionary” or “Miscellaneous”.
Month	The month selected in the previous page, in which the dispatch of the selected fleet occurred.

Enter the following fields in the “View Filter Options” group box:

Aircraft Reg #

Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft registration number for which the dispatch details are displayed. The system lists all aircraft registration numbers defined for the specified reliability fleet in the “Reliability Set up” business component.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details.

The system displays the following in the “View Filter Options” group box:

Flight Type

The type of the flight. The system displays one of the following values:

Delay – indicates that the Dispatch Reliability is calculated based on Delayed Flight details.
Delay + Cancellation indicates that the Dispatch Reliability is calculated based on both Delayed and Cancelled Flight details.

The system displays the following in the “Log Details” multiline:

Sch Departure Date	The schedule start date of the journey.
Flight #	The flight number for which the delayed and / or cancelled flight.
Leg #	The number identifying the leg of the flight that is delayed and / or cancelled.
From Station	The station from where the flight has started the journey.
To Station	The destination station of the flight.
Journey Log #	The number identifying the journey log for the flight.
Tech Log #	The technical log number that is recorded as delayed flight. This Flight code will be recorded by the system in technical log as outgoing flight details.

Select the “View Discrepancy Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the discrepancy details of the fleet.

Viewing the log details for dispatch reliability report – An overview

In this page, you can view the log details for the selected fleet. The system retrieves the details such as the reliability fleet number, fleet description and the last date details for the selected reliability fleet. The log details such as the departure date, flight number, leg number, the from and to stations, journey log number and tech log number are displayed in the multiline.
