Viewing the discrepancy details for dispatch reliability report

In this page, you can view the discrepancy details for the selected fleet. Tell me more.

Select the “View Discrepancy Details” link at the bottom of the “View Logs” page. Alternatively, click the hyperlinked journey log in the multiline of the same page .

The “View Discrepancy Details” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reliability Fleet Details” group box:

Reliability Fleet #

The number identifying the reliability fleet for which you wish to view the discrepancy report.

Fleet Description

The textual description of the fleet.

Zoom facility available

Data Available Upto

The last date until which the discrepancy details are transferred from “Aircraft History” business component to “Aircraft Reliability” business component.

The system displays the following fields in the “Time Horizon Details” group box:

Start Date	The date from which the reliability calendar begins.
End Date	The date on which the reliability calendar ends.

The system displays the following in the “Log Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the dispatch details are displayed.
Sch. Departure Date	The planned date of departure of the flight.
Form Station	The station from where the flight has started the journey.
To Station	The destination station of the flight.
Flight #	The flight number for which the dispatch details are displayed.
Leg #	The number identifying the leg of the flight.

Enter the following in the “Log Details” group box:

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.

The system displays the following in the “Log Details” group box:

Ref. Document Type

The type of the reference document such as ”Journey Log” or ”Technical Log”.

The system displays the following in the “Discrepancy Details” multiline:

Main Report #	The number identifying the Maintenance Report.
Discrepancy #	The number identifying the discrepancy.
Discrepancy	The textual description of the discrepancy.
ATA #	The ATA chapter on which the discrepancy is reported.
Fault #	The code identifying the fault in the aircraft.
Cause #	The code identifying the cause that has diagnosed to be responsible for the fault in the aircraft.
Chapter Description	The textual description of the ATA chapter.
Fault Description	The textual description of the fault.
Cause Description	The textual description of the cause.
Fault Category	The category to which the fault belongs.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the maintenance report.

To proceed carry out the following

Select the “View Rectification Action” link at the bottom of the page to view the rectification action to be taken for the fleet.

Viewing the discrepancy details for dispatch reliability report – An overview

In this page, you can view the discrepancy details for aircraft in the selected fleet that has caused delay for the flight. The system displays whether the discrepancy is reported in the Journey Log or Technical Log and the corresponding log number. The system also retrieves the details such as the reliability fleet number, fleet description and the discrepancy details available for the selected reliability fleet. The dispatch details such as the maintenance report number, discrepancy code, ATA number, fault number, fault category, flight number and fault description are displayed.
