Viewing the fleet delay summary report
In this page, you can view the summary of the delay report for the selected fleet. Tell me more.
Select the “View Fleet Delay Summary Report” link in the “Select Reliability Fleet” page. Alternatively click the hyperlinked reliability fleet number in the multiline.
The “View Fleet Delay Summary Report” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Reliability Fleet Details” group box:
Reliability Fleet # |
The number identifying the reliability fleet for which you wish to view the delay report. |
Fleet Description |
The textual description of the fleet. Zoom facility available |
Data Available Upto |
The last date until which the delay report details are transferred from “Aircraft History” business component to “Aircraft Reliability” business component. |
Enter the following fields in the “Reliability Calendar Details” group box:
Reliability Calendar # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the reliability calendar that is mapped to reliability fleet in the “Reliability Setup” business component. The reliability calendar must be either in the “Confirmed” or “Closed” status. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details of the reliability calendar.
The system displays the following details in the “Reliability Calendar Details” group box:

The textual description of the reliability calendar. Zoom facility available |
Start Date |
The start date of the reliability calendar. |
End Date |
The end date of the reliability calendar. |
Enter the following fields in the “Period Details” group box:
Period # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the period that is mapped to reliability fleet in the “Reliability Setup” business component. The period must be either in the “Confirmed” or “Closed” status. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details of the period.
The system displays the following details in the “Period Details” group box:

The starting date of the period |
Period - To |
The end date of the period. |
Enter the following fields in the “User Defined Period Details” group box:
From Year |
The year starting from which you wish to view the delay report. |
Month From
|
Use the drop-down list box to select the month from which you wish to view the delay report. |
To Year |
The year until which you wish to view the delay report. |
Month To |
Use the drop-down list box to select the month until which you wish to view the delay report. |
Enter the following fields in the “View Filter Options” group box:
View By |
Use the drop-down list box to select the view option. The report can be viewed based on the “Reliability Period” or the “User Defined Period”. |
Note: If this field is set to ”User Defined Period”, then you need to enter From Year” and” To Year” in such a manner that “From Year” should not be greater than the ”To year”. If the ”From Year” and the ”To Year” are the same, ”From Month” should not be later than ”To Month”.
View Delay Code Details |
Check this box if you want to see the delay information to the details up to delay code. If you do not check this box then the delay information is showed at the delay category level. |
Aircraft Reg #
|
Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft registration number for which you wish to view the delay report details. The system lists all aircraft registration numbers defined for the specified reliability fleet in the “Reliability Set up” business component. |
Note: If you have not selected any option in the “Aircraft Reg #” drop-down list box then the delay report details are displayed for all the aircraft associated to the Reliability Fleet.
Click the “View Delay Summary” pushbutton to view the delay summary.
The system displays the following in the “Delay Summary For The Period” multiline:
Delay Category |
The category to which the delay belongs. The system displays one of the following: “Passenger and Baggage”, “Cargo and Mail”, “Aircraft and Ramp Handling”, “Technical and Aircraft Equipment”, “Damage to Aircraft & EDP/Automated Equipment Failure”, “Flight Operation and Crewing”, “Weather”, “Airport and Government Authorities”, “Reactionary” or “Miscellaneous”. |
Delay # |
The number identifying the delay. |
No. Of Occurrences |
The number of occurrences of the delay for that particular period. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the delay category for viewing the monthly delay details.

Select the “View Monthly Delay Details Report” link at the bottom of the page to view the monthly delay information.
Viewing the fleet delay summary report– An overview
In this page, you can view the summary of the delay report for the selected fleet. The system retrieves the details such as the reliability fleet number, fleet description and the delay information available for the selected reliability fleet. The delay details such as the delay category, delay code and number of occurrences of the selected fleet are displayed.
