Viewing the monthly delay details report

In this page, you can view the monthly delay report for the selected fleet. Tell me more.

Select the “View Monthly Delay Details Report” link at the bottom of the “View Fleet Delay Summary Report” page.

The “View monthly Delay Details Report” page appears.

The system, displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Note: Ensure that a delay category is selected in the previous page for viewing monthly delay details.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reliability Fleet Details” group box:

Reliability Fleet #

The number identifying the reliability fleet for which you wish to view the delay report.

Fleet Description

The textual description of the fleet.

Zoom facility available

Data Available Upto

The last date until which the monthly delay report details are transferred from “Aircraft History” business component to “Aircraft Reliability” business component.

The system displays the following fields in the “Time Horizon Details” group box:

Start Date

The start date of the reliability period.

End Date

The end date of the reliability period.

Note: This is the start date of the period number selected in the “View Fleet Delay Summary Report” page. The period can be a user defined period or reliability period.

Enter the following fields in the “View Filter Options” group box:

Aircraft Reg #

Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft registration number for which the monthly delay details must be viewed. The system lists all aircraft registration numbers defined for the specified reliability fleet in the “Reliability Set up” business component.

Note: If you have not selected any option in the “Aircraft Reg #” drop-down list box then the delay report details are displayed for all the aircraft associated to the Reliability Fleet.

The system displays the following:

Delay Category	The category to which the delay belongs.
Delay #	The number identifying the delay.

Click the “View Delay Details” pushbutton to view the monthly delay details.

The system displays the following in the “Monthly Delay Details” multiline:

Month

The month in which the delay has occurred.

Note: The system displays the year along with the month. For example, if the month is January and the year is 2000, this field contains “Jan'00”

No. Of Occurrences

The number of occurrences of the delay for that particular period.

Note: This depends on the delay category and or delay code selected in the “View Fleet Delay Summary Report” page and also on the value in the “Aircraft Reg #” drop down list box.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the month for viewing the delay duration details.

Viewing the monthly delay details report – An overview

In this page, you can view the monthly delay report for the selected fleet. The system retrieves the details such as the reliability fleet number, fleet description and the delay information available for the selected reliability fleet. Number of occurrences of the selected delay category & delay # combination for all the months during the selected time horizon for the fleet # under consideration is fetched.
