Modify Priority Numbers – A summary of the activity

The “Modify Priority Numbers” activity allows you to modify the details of the priority numbers that are already defined. The “Select Priority” page allows you to specify the search criteria and select the priority number to be modified. The “Edit Priority Number” page allows you to modify the selected priority number one at a time.

What you can do in this activity

Activate or Inactivate the priority number

Activate or Inactivate the priority number

You can inactivate a priority number that is in the “Active” status, so that it is disabled from future reference in other activities.

• Go to “Priority Number Information” page.

• Set the “Status” field to “Inactive”.

The system updates the status of the priority number to “Inactive”.
