Modifying priority number information
This page allow you to modify the details of the selected priority number in this page. Details such as the priority description and the status can be modified. The system updates the details of the priority number and sets the “Last Modified Date” to the server date.
Select the “Edit Priority#" link in the “Select Priority Number” page. Alternatively, click the hyperlinked priority number in the multiline
The “Edit Priority Number ” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “Priority Number Details” group box: |

Priority # |
The selected priority for which the details are to be modified. |
Enter the following fields:
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to modify the status of the priority number to “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Set the status as “Inactive” if you wish to disable the priority number for future reference in other activities. |

Description |
A unique textual description of the priority number (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Click the “Edit Priority#” pushbutton to modify the details of the priority.
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:
Created By |
The name of the user who created the priority number. |
Last Modified by |
The name of the user who last modified the priority number information. |
Created date |
The date on which the priority number was created. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the priority details were last modified. |
Enter the following field:
Comments |
Any additional remarks pertaining to the modification of the priority number. Typically, the reason for modifying the priority number can be entered here (Alphanumeric, 255). |

Modify the status of the priority number
You can modify the status of priority number.
Set the “Status” field to “Active”, if you wish to change the status of the priority number to “Active” status.
Set the “Status” field to “Inactive”, if you wish to change the status of the priority number to “Inctive” status and disable it for future reference.
