Selecting priority number for modification
This page allows you to select a priority number to be modified. You can carry out a search based on the priority number or status. Details such as priority number, description and the status are displayed in the multiline.
Select the “Edit Priority Numbers” link under the “Common Master” business component.
The “Select Priority Number” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Direct Entry “ group box:

The priority number for which the details are to be modified (Integer). |
Click on the “Edit Priority#” provided alongside to directly modify the priority number.
Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a priority number. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

The priority number for which the details are to be modified (Integer). You can enter the priority number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the priority numbers that are similar to the value entered here. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the priority number to be modified, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. The system retrieves all the priority numbers that are in the status specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of priority numbers irrespective of their status. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Description |
The textual description of the priority number. |
Note: The system lists all the priority numbers if all the fields are left blank.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Description |
The textual description of the priority number. |
Status |
The status of the priority number, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Click the hyperlinked priority number in the multiline, to modify the priority number details.
