Generate Gate – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to generate gates in a station. A station is a geographical location where the aircraft departs and arrives. Maintenance activities can also be performed for an aircraft in the station. A station has number of terminals (e.g. domestic terminal and international terminal). Each terminal of the station has multiple gates. A gate is a location in the station where the aircraft is halted for entry and exit of passengers. Line maintenance activities can also be performed for an aircraft halted in a gate. The gate numbers are generated by the system based on the prefix and the total number of gates specified.
