Managing SLA timestamp details
Select the “Manage SLA Timestamp
Details” activity under the “SLA
Management” business component.
The “Manage SLA Timestamp Details” page appears.
Select Enter the following fields
in the “Search Criteria”
group box:
Terms For |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the cycle for which timestamp sequence details is to be retrieved. The system lists the following options: · Sourcing · Returns · Acknowledgment By default the system displays ‘Sourcing’ in this field. |
Transaction Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the transaction type of the cycle specified for which you wish to retrieve details. Mandatory. The system lists the following options based on the selection in the Terms For’ field. If the 'Terms for' is selected as: 1. Sourcing - 'Transaction Type' is loaded with: · Part Sale Issue · Adv. Exchange Issue · Reg. Exchange Issue · Home Based Cons.-Issue 2. Returns - 'Transaction Type' is loaded with: · Adv. Exchange Core Return · Reg. Exchange Core Return · Home Based Cons.- Core Return 3. Acknowledgment - 'Transaction Type' is loaded with: · Request Acknowledgment · Order Acknowledgment

Maintenance Object |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the maintenance object. You can select from the following options: · Part # · Part # / Serial # · Mfr. Part # · Serial # · Part # / Lot # · Lot # · Aircraft Reg. # · Aircraft Model# By default the system leaves this filed blank. |

In the adjacent editable field. Select the value corresponding to the maintenance object selected |

In the adjacent editable field provide the part details/Aircraft Details for which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Order Based |
Use the drop-down list box to select the order based on which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline: · Contract # · Part Sale List # · Customer Order · Part Sale Order · Customer PO # · Customer Request # By default the system leaves this field blank. |

In the adjacent editable field, specify the value corresponding to the Order Based value selected. |
Customer Based |
Use the drop-down list box to select the customer-based value for which you wish to retrieve details in the multiline: · Customer # · Customer Name |

In the adjacent editable field, enter a value corresponding to the customer based selected. |
Date from / to |
Use the drop-down list box to select the date range for which you wish the retrieve the details. Mandatory · Order Date · Request Date |

Enter the date associated with the selected date range. Mandatory. |

Enter the corresponding date. Ensure that the value entered in the Date To field is a date later than the Date From field. |

to retrieve the details for the search criteria in the multiline:
The system displays the following fields in the “Event Timestamp Details” multiline:
Order # |
The number identifying the transaction for which Timestamp details are retreived, Customer Service Order, Part Sale Order or the Customer Request. |
Customer # |
The number identifying the Customer as in the Customer Order/ Part Sale Order / Customer Request. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer pertaining to the Customer Number. |
Contract # |
The number identifying the contract as per the Customer Order / Customer Request for repair/Exchanges. The system leaves this field blank for PSO. |
Part Sale List # |
The number identifying the part sale list as in the Part Sale Order / Request for Sales The system leaves this field blank for CO. |
Customer Request # |
The number identifying the Customer Request as in the Customer Order / Part Sale Order / Customer Request. |
Timestamp Reference |
The Start Reference Date applicable for the transaction. |
Sys. Date & Time |
The Sys. Start Reference Date and time. |
Enter the following fields
in the “Event Timestamp Details” multiline:
Actual Date & Time |
The actual date and time of the Timestamp Reference. Note that you can enter a value in this field if the Timestamp reference selected is not a system defined event or if the user wises to update the Sys. Date & Time retrieved against any Timestamp Reference. The system leaves this field blank if no value is previously saved. |
Flight # |
The number identifying the flight in which the part is shipped to the customer against the order. |
Remarks |
Any comment pertaining to the timestamp. |
User Defined – 01 |
Any information given by the user with reference to the timestamp. |
User Defined – 02 |
Any information given by the user with reference to the timestamp. |
The system displays the following fields:
Created by |
The name of the user who has created the timestamp. |
Created date & time |
The date and time in which the timestamp was created. |
Modified by |
The login user who last modified the timestamp. |
Modified Date & Time |
The date and time in which the timestamp was modified last. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the timestamp details.
