Help On Role Mapping Activity

This activity allows you to fetch and select the task details. You can select the task details by specifying the name of role, OU instance, component and activity. Based on the search criteria the details are fetched in the multiline and the selected data is transferred to the main screen when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon next to the “Task Name” Field.

The “Help On role Mapping Activity” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the header:

Role Name	A unique name of the role by which you wish to retrieve the task details.
OU Instance Name	A unique name of the OU instance by which you wish to retrieve the task details.
Component Name	A unique name of the component by which you wish to retrieve the task details.
Activity Name	A unique name of the activity by which you wish to retrieve the task details.

Click the “Fetch Components Activities and Tasks for given OU” pushbutton to fetch all details.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the multiline:

Component Name	A unique name of the component.
Comp. Desc.	The detailed name of the component.
Activity Name	A unique name of the activity.
Activity Description	The detailed name of the activity.
ILBO Code	A unique ILBO code of the activity.
ILBO Desc	The description of the ILBO Code.
Task Name	A unique name of the task.
Task Description	The description of the task.
Task Type	The task type for the activity.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the task details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
